The Sorrento residence located on Seaward loop has been named Perth home of the Year at the 2016 HIA Perth Housing Awards.
The residence built by the distinguished luxury builder Spadaccini homes, beat 11 other Perth homes due to the attention to detail and overall immaculate presentation.
This outstanding home was not only lucky enough to win the most prestigious award ‘Perth Home of the Year’ but it also won the ‘Perth Custom Built Home of the Year’ and ‘Custom built home $4,000,001 & Over’.
We would like to congratulate Spadaccini homes on this spectacular win. We’re incredibly happy with the outcome and absolutely loved being a part of this project.
