Based on Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Casambi can communicate directly with the luminaires. The app employs gesture control: tap a light to turn it on or off, swipe to adjust brightness, up and down for colour temperature, or hold to change the colour. Casambi offers a beautiful yet sophisticated interface for controlling residential and commercial lighting schemes. The system has been created to offer lighting designers maximum control and flexibility as well as an interface that is easy enough for a child to use.
